Make implementation easier by managing effectively

There are three key activities in delivery management:

• management
• planning
• reporting

If you do these effectively then you can deliver on time, on scope and on cost. Any deviation means you lose out (see our-focus page for the reasons why projects slip). We use a ‘project management maturity model’ to demonstrate how these core activities affect the quality of the outcome.
Our aim is always to make implementation easier by improving the effectiveness and efficiency of projects to avoid the common points of project failure (poor decision-making, lack of clear deliverables etc.). We have a structured methodology for improving delivery which is summarised below. This puts in place tools that reduce effort and ‘uplift’ quality from level 1 to a minimum of level 2.
