Cold-eye review for power mega-project
The Challenge
A client was bidding for a mega-project with two commercial partners. The enquiry was urgent:
There was an imminent deadline for their joint response to the client. An external reviewer was required, the selected party had to withdraw at the last moment. Innovation stepped in.
The Solution
We started with a structured framework to review, validate and make recommendations. Within a few days we were able to mobilise an experienced team of:

- Strategic Forensic Programme Consultant
- Senior Planning Engineer
The Outcome
Within a 28-day window, our team carried-out an independent high-level review of each of the party’s plans and approaches. Subsequently producing a report and presentation which identified:
- Status of each party’s preparation
- Status of each party’s plans
- Omissions/gaps and
- Made remediation recommendations
The report was unanimously recognised and approved, enabling appropriate and timely rectifications to take place.
